1.1 - Age Requirement
You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction - whichever is higher - at the time of entry. Confirming that participation is lawful in your area is your own responsibility.
1.2 - Excluded US States
The sweepstakes is not available in: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Washington. Entries from these states are void.
1.3 - Employee Exclusions
WiseSpin staff (Viralflux Labs Limited and Avento360 LLC), their affiliates, agencies, immediate family members (including spouses, parents, children, and siblings), and household members sharing a residence for 3+ months per year are ineligible to participate or win.
1.4 / 1.5 - Recreational Intent
Participation is for individual recreational use only. By entering, you accept WiseSpin's decisions as final in all matters. Anyone found using unethical or systematic methods to gain an unfair advantage may be disqualified or have their eligibility revoked.
Win Rates & Payout Odds
2.1 - Per-Game Odds
Winning probabilities vary between games and are published directly on each game's page on the platform. WiseSpin reserves the right to update prize allocations and payout odds at any time. It is your responsibility to review the current odds for any game before committing your Sweep Coins - always check the latest information before you play.
Sweepstakes Period
3.1 - Monthly Cycle
Each sweepstakes cycle runs from 12:00:00 a.m. EST on the 1st through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the last day of the calendar month. The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping reference.
3.2 - Daily Prize Window
Within each monthly cycle, a dedicated daily period awards up to $5,000 in prizes. Each daily window opens at 12:00:00 a.m. EST and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the same day.
How to Collect Sweep Coins
4.1 - With Gold Coin Purchase
Buying eligible Gold Coin packages includes complimentary Sweep Coins. The exact amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm. Gold Coins are for casual play only; the bundled Sweep Coins are what you use to enter sweepstakes for redeemable prizes.
4.2 - Social Media Giveaways
WiseSpin periodically runs Sweep Coin giveaways and contests on official social media and marketing channels. Each event may carry its own entry rules. Unless the specific giveaway terms say otherwise, these Official Rules always apply.
4.3 - Free Entry (AMOE)
A completely free Alternate Method of Entry is available every day - no purchase required. One Sweep Coin can be claimed per day by completing a mail-in postcard request (see steps below).

Rollover & Expiry
- AMOE Sweep Coins remain in your account and follow these Official Rules.
- They expire after 60 consecutive days of account inactivity (no log-in).
- Sweep Coins won while using AMOE coins are transferred to your regular SC balance and are not subject to the 60-day expiry.
Equal Rights & Redemption
- AMOE Sweep Coins carry the same gameplay odds and redemption rights as all other Sweep Coins - no advantage or disadvantage.
- They must be used in at least one sweepstakes game before any redemption request will be honoured (see Section 5.2).
- WiseSpin may verify account ownership before crediting and may revoke coins where fraud is suspected.
Using Sweep Coins & Redeeming Prizes
5.2 - How Sweep Coins Work
- Sweep Coins unlock entry into sweepstakes games where you can win more Sweep Coins - only SC-mode play yields redeemable prizes.
- Sweep Coins have no real-world monetary value outside the platform and cannot be bought, sold, or transferred.
- They must be played through at least one sweepstakes game before any redemption is eligible. WiseSpin may require multiple game entries in some cases.
5.3 - Redemption Requirements
- Minimum 100 Sweep Coins (played through games) required to redeem any prize.
- Prizes from free/complimentary Sweep Coins are capped at a maximum aggregate redemption value of USD $300. Winnings above this threshold from complimentary coins are removed from your redeemable balance.
- WiseSpin may further cap daily redemptions at USD $10,000 or another amount required to meet regulatory obligations.
5.4 - Verification & Processing
Before any prize is paid out, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This can include providing a government-issued ID, Social Security number, and proof of address. All submitted details must match your registered account information. Redemption requests are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
5.5 - Fees & Taxes
WiseSpin may deduct reasonable handling or processing fees prior to finalising a redemption - any applicable fees are disclosed to you in advance. Tax reporting and payment on any prizes is entirely your responsibility. Where required by law, WiseSpin may provide tax documents or withhold a portion of your prize for compliance purposes.
5.6 - Prohibited Methods & Prize Substitutions
- Bots, scripts, and automation of any kind are strictly forbidden. Violators risk immediate account closure and forfeiture of all Virtual Coins.
- WiseSpin holds final authority over all game operations, winner validation, and prize distribution.
- Where circumstances require it, WiseSpin may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash outside official redemption channels.
Entry Conditions & Release
What You Agree to by Entering
Participation confirms you have read and accepted: (a) the WiseSpin Terms of Use and all conduct guidelines; (b) these Official Rules as updated from time to time; and (c) all decisions made by WiseSpin regarding the sweepstakes, which are final and binding.
Release of Liability
By entering, you expressly release the Released Parties (WiseSpin, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents) from all responsibility arising from:
- Submitting entries or taking part in promotional activities
- Accepting, using, or misusing any awarded prize
- Intellectual property claims, privacy violations, or publicity right issues
- Any physical, reputational, or property-related harm resulting from participation
This release covers all legal theories including negligence and intentional misconduct.
Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to defend and hold harmless WiseSpin and the Released Parties against any third-party claims, costs, or legal fees arising from a breach of these Official Rules or Terms of Use, your conduct in the sweepstakes, or any misuse of a prize you receive.
Use of Winner's Name & Information
Publicity License
By accepting any prize, winners grant WiseSpin and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, profile picture, prize details, and any statements or testimonials for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes - in any media now known or later developed - without additional notice, approval, or compensation, except where local law prohibits it.

No Additional Compensation
Winners are not entitled to any royalties or additional fees for the use of their identity or statements beyond the prize they were awarded. Where local or state law restricts certain publicity uses, WiseSpin will comply with those limitations.
Additional Conditions
8.1 - Modification & Cancellation
WiseSpin may pause, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or events outside its control threaten fair operation. Changes take effect immediately and will be communicated through official channels.
8.2 / 8.3 - Tampering & Integrity
Any attempt to tamper with entry procedures, use bots or hacking tools, or act in an unsportsmanlike manner will result in disqualification. Intentional interference may violate criminal and civil law - WiseSpin reserves the right to pursue damages to the fullest extent permitted.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
9.1 - Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Official Rules or your sweepstakes participation is resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, as set out in Section 15 of the WiseSpin Terms and Conditions. By entering, you acknowledge and accept all provisions of that arbitration clause - including the class action waiver and jury trial waiver. All arbitration procedures and any modifications are governed solely by the Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance & Final Acknowledgments
Full Agreement
Entering or playing in any sweepstakes game means you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Official Rules, the WiseSpin Terms of Use, and any other applicable guidelines on the platform. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and WiseSpin regarding your participation.
Binding Contract
Your entry creates a legally binding agreement between you and WiseSpin. All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.
Severability & Non-Waiver
If any rule is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum permissible extent and the remaining rules stay in full effect. WiseSpin's failure to enforce any provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in future.
